As we are now halfway through 2020, there is no doubt that it has been an exceedingly challenging year already – and the world of commercial real estate did not escape those challenges. Let’s face it, we are all hoping the next six months pass quickly, getting us to 2021 with the hope that the new year might bring stability. The ongoing uncertainty across many fronts has only served to continue to impact the financial markets for commercial real estate.

Lenders and investors are still active in the market with funding available for commercial real estate investments – this is a good sign.
